The investments identified under Team Prior Experience represent (i) investments by Gus Alberelli, Mike Biggee or Arneek Multani while at their prior firm, Trident Capital, where the individual (i) sourced or otherwise led the investment on behalf of such prior firm or (ii) served as an active second representative (and in some cases, the de facto primary representative) of such prior firm with substantial, continual involvement at the company board level and within Trident Capital. These investments do not comprise all the investments made by any prior firms while Messrs. Alberelli, Biggee or Multani were at such firms, nor are they a complete list of all investments by prior firms with which such individuals had any involvement.  The past experiences of Messrs. Alberelli, Biggee and Arneek Multani with respect to investments at any prior firm is not necessarily indicative of investments made or to be made at Sunstone Partners.
